You will have an opportunity to map the Latvian market, cultivating customer relationships, and overseeing overall sales, turnover, and performance in the local market. As an industry professional you possess profound understanding of the market and the unique needs of customers, which enables you to provide customized solutions for local food production companies. In this active B2B sales role you will visit customers all over Latvia, conduct negotiations, agree on prices, and finalize sales contracts. You will be an integral part of the Baltics Sales and Product Development team, collaborating closely with and visiting regularly our Estonian factory to connect with the broader team.
We are looking for you:
- You are an outstanding Sales Manager with a solid background in the food industry.
- You have higher education, and you are fluent in Latvian and strong in English.
- You have a category B driving license for flexible on-ground engagements.
- You are an independent and target-oriented sales professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
